Most likely he needs a shared kv to sell it off since he got 2 payments and can't find a kv.So hes finding one on a amazing price.Then he will sell it off.

never thought of that, but if the seller tells me not to sel it off, i wont, cuz it just makes me laggy too, and my 250 $ customer, wont wanna rent
