I do exactly what they do in the video and it doesn't work maybe this isn't for Xbox then.

It is for xbox, and it does work. I just tried it. Just keep trying, it's basically a hit-or-miss glitch. It'll work, or it won't.

I did the entire glitch with my level 50 account on my first controller and then after I kept choosing a new character on my second controller and pressed A to play and left the game, I joined back and had no skill points to spend. I don't understand, I guess I'll just wait til they add modded skill point grenades.

Will someone help me?

Nah it doesn't work... Many others are also saying it doesn't work, I have done it like 25 times already and earlier I did it 8 times in a row and not once did it work...
