In my opinion I don't think there will be a beta. Then people will decide if they don't want to buy the game or not.

I do think that there could be a beta for this game. this would be awesome. but if there isnt the game comes out in a month.

there have been post's saying there wouldnt be a beta but also he has said that it was not a definate answer.

My opinion.well looking and doing research i kinda do think there will be a beta like MoH is.and due to the fact it says Coming soon kinda makes it true plus they havnt talked about new maps or crap xp has been given away in wave 2 so i defintly think there will be

There was no private beta
Phoenix was a private build for Q&A Testers (NOT a beta)
The Gamescom build is not the Phoenix build
There will not be a beta, why? One major reason. Servers.
The resources server-wise for BO2 are not yet available (we saw this when the servers went down when the beta was leaked, no they didn't take them down, the Q&A servers are designed for a maximum of 50 people), Vaunderhaar even stated there was a possibility they won't be 100% on release day.

haha thats my post! and when i said that there will be 100 people i was not counting the jtag and rgh guys. and when i said that phoenix build was not the final build i was addressing the people posting that it was the final build and that treyarch just wants to build up hype. i should of made that more clear. oh and next time you use somebodys post maybe give credit to them for that post. i dont care but i know there are people that care about that type of thing.

It was a Beta, on the top right-hand corner it said "beta 22.4.3"
How do you know all this, or are you just making things up?
