Reds wrote I think I tried uninstalling that but maybe I didn't I guess I'll try that!

Go into XeXMenu, look at the Flash memory, if you have a launch.ini file then it is not uninstalled.
You will have to flash a nand without dashlaunch installed, the easiest way would be to use freeboot and use a copy of your original nand when making the modded nand (updflash.bin) file.

Ok you lost me a little bit there, can I not just go into dashlaunch and uninstall it from there with that option or similarly to what you said just delete the .ini files. I am new to this so some things I don't completely understand like flashing nands and what freeboot is.

The files under th Flash memory device IS your nand. Dashlaunch just lets you boot into different things by pressing certain buttons on boot (ex holding X when you start your console).
I'm saying that for others possibly reading this that dont know about all of this, I'm pretty sure you know already.
Anyways, you can not just delete a file from your nand via XeXMenu, and I have tried uninstalling it through dashlaunch but it remained there. So I found the easiest (and only way that worked for me) would be to just flash a nand from before you installed dashlaunch.

If dashlaunch is only on your HDD, then do the following:
-Download XeXMenu
Downloads/id=729/xex-menu-v11.html#details
-Burn the XEX files to a CD (the Media folder, config.txt, default.xex, ftpd.conf files)
-Format a USB (4+ GB) to FAT32
-Put the Black Ops 2 files on the USB
-Take your HDD off of your xbox and put the USB in and boot up the console
-Put the CD with xexmenu in and play the game
-Go to the USB in XeXMenu and launch the xex file

If you dont have dashlaunch on the console it should work.

-Put your USB in your Xbox, go to System Setting then Memory and press Y and choose to Configure 250mb of it
-Then put the LIVE (C0DE999 folder) on the USB through Horizon
-Then put copy the Black Ops 2 files to it through My Computer NOT HORIZON! so that the files will be on the FAT32 partition and not the Xbox configured part.
-Then put the USB in your xbox and boot it up, go to games and launch XeXMenu
-In XeXMenu go to USB and launch the xex in your black ops 2 files.

Just wondering, does it even show the ESRB warning?
