Is it possible for me to get scammed on ebay for coins, like if I buy some and they dont give me the coins can i do anything about it or not?

Well on fifa 12 i bought over 800k coins off ebay and i never once got scammed but im not sure about fifa 13 just look for people with good feedback

if you are paying via paypal then you can report it to ebay that you have not received you items or report it to ebay

it will get looked into and if the other party cannot prove that they have sent you your item then you will be refunded
