That looks like a PVR to me...
it doesnt even fill the screen -_-

It isn't a pvr....
Maybe you should try making the videos fullscreen and rendering them in sony vegas for better brightness/contrass ect..

Well fpr starters it is a pvr its the elgato game capture hd and i dont thibk it even matters if it is fullscreen it is near enough fullscreen so quit your moaning
