It's really keeping me awake because i have Xenon JTAG and I aslo have many retail xbox's in my house. If I mod stuff on my Xenon JTAG and host OFFLINE System Link Lobbies And Stuff Could THT Get My Retail's Banned? I Never Connected To XBL On my JTAG, So Will I Be Fine? Will Rep +2 .

Modding on a Jtag wouldn't affect your retail at all unless your infecting yourself and going online on the retail in games such as mw2 that would be the only way.
You can do all the offline modding you want and you'll be fine.
