so going on this idea if the update went in on the 4th and then again on the 5th.....lets just say the 5th....its already been 6 days as its the 10th but i am in australia so do the maths at your end if cert testing normally take 7 to 10 days

For god sake bro, relax and wait patiently for the update to drop.
Getting all technical about when it is coming won't speed it up.

No there won't be new Achievements when the update comes

4J Studios tweeted that they can't add achievements with Title Update only with DLC. So i think that new achievements will come when new texture pack comes or with some mod packs or something like that
