I want to have a website where I can stream films and TV shows. Yes I'm talking about doing it illegally and I am aware of all the risks. So don't start. Any help on streaming what I would need to so?

Nothing much.

You'd just need a video player and you need a lot of bandwidth and web space if your hosting the video files on site.
