Whenever I get on my jtag I turn it on and when its booting up to make the xbox sign, it just freezes. Then I turn it off and back on and it just repeats what it did the first time. If you know what to do please leave me a comment.

Its most likely going to get rrod, your console's CPU may need a reflow.

Well this could be a Multi-Problem Situation.
1st. When did this console last Successfully Boot to the dashboard and Function normally?
2. Did you Flash the NAND with Flash360 / 360 Nand Flasher Recently? Could be Bad XAM in nand!
3. Did you Open the console to check for any Cracks in Solder OR any type of resistor bent age?
4. Before Opening the Console when / how LONG did you have this Console Running For?
5. Did You Double Check your DashLaunch (Launch.ini) File to make sure everything is OK?
(ONLY APPLYS IF YOU HAVE THIS!)
6. What was the last Default.xex, default_mp.xex, OR any other ".XeX" Executable Xbox360 File, did you last Start?
7. If you Flashed your Nand, Did it Boot successfully before, and if so did you "POWER Cycle" ?
8. Did you Flash the console With Xell? if so what Kernal Type?
Kernal Types
- Dev (RGLoader / TX Fusion)
- Xbox 360 (Xam.xex) Official Dashboard when Bought No Modifications!
9. If the console Overheated Recently or whenever when did this? Cause if so you MUST / May need a Reflow or your Current Motherboard to Re-Fix what Breakage is happening within the UNIT.
Well, I wish you Hope to fix the Console! and I Hope this helps you re-Trace the problem.
Sincerely,
