THere is a new update - terms and conditions - and it asks for my parental password for my dads hotmail. i dont know it this is what happened when the new dash came out but i went on xbox dot and somehow got it working does anyone have any ideas i would be so greatful thanks

Ask your dad to put it in for you and explain why he needs to. I'm sure he'll understand.

Oh im so sorry. I know how it feels man. My dad commited suicide 9 years ago. Well I don't know what else you can do. I'm sorry

You could possibly ask for a password change for his hotmail account by filling out the info to the best of your knowledge it's not garanteed but it's worth a shot maybe if you want to risk it.

If you have a credit card on that account and the info billing etc, you can get the account back.
