What kind of things you need to get banned? (Obviously dont answer "dont cheat")

I mean, if you enter to XP lobby that it offer you more than 500xp per kill you will get ban, or if you host this kind of games... or if you boost, wich is the rule?

One of my friends done a 15th hack for me with 1million cod points and it was like 2 month ago and i stil amnt banned

You can only get instant prestige 15th on a fresh unplayed account(that hasnt played Blops online)which will give you 2.5 million cod points decent stats etc.
On a played account it may (likely reset you to oginal stats)

If they notice that you went for like a 4 prestige to a 8 prestige in an hour then they will know that something it up
