My parents had a email and that email doesn't exist anymore.
So i want to agree the terms of use but i need the parental email.
The problem is that i can't login with the parental email because it doesn't exist.
Hope someone can help me because i want to play online!!

I am in the same situation as you, I have spoke to Xbox Support and they told me 'There is no way of taking parental settings off the account or getting through this unless you have the password.' I am pretty annoyed at this as I have had my account for 3+ years and have never had to do this..

If you sign on to the Xbox website, you can accept the new Terms of Service on there without the need use your parental email.
