Same Happened to me, It were strange Cause I usually did it with Horzion you know? the easy 'Inject file' Not needing to copy and Paste ID? but my Hard drive wasn't being found So I used Modio (In my opinion not recommended) I did the same but Damaged file.
You maybe just doing it wrong or The world You might be downloading is 'Broken'

Try using modio, do this;
1. Download the save
2. Put your profile on a USB or hook your drive up to a transfer cable
3. Plug USB/ drive into your laptop
4. Open Modio if you do not already have it open
5. Open the save with Modio
6. Click save to profile, and then pick your profile from the list of profiles on the USB/ Drive
7. Plug your USB/ Drive back into your Xbox
8. Open up Minecraft and select your corresponding storage device (USB if your profile and save are on the USB, Hard Drive if they're on your Drive. Unless you transferred the content off of your USB back onto your drive, in which case choose Hard Drive.)
9. Insure you're actually signed into the correct account that you saved the savegame to via Modio
10. Select your map from the list of maps on Minecraft.
Note: If you still can't get it I can try to help you over join.me, PM me.
