Due to the new update for the xbox terms of service. I have lost my account. However, it is my own fault.. When setting up my account, I accidently put my real birthday. Therefore, being underage, I had to make a parental account. Which I did, but I forgot the password to.. I couldn't go back and change the birthday date on my account or anything. So pretty much I just lost my account.. . Was 10th on pretty much all the Call of Duty's and some more stuff.. Why Microsoft.. Why.. .
(Sorry if this is considered spam.. Just a tragic story..)
If you would like to help me out in giving me a free account I'd love you!

That's your fault, you shouldn't have been under age. Anyhow, you said that you included real information on your account, so you must have real information on your parental account.
Try having one of your parental guardians go through the recover procedure for their account. They could probably reset it for you, unless you have all of their information.

Just get the email of the parental account and change the password. That's what happened to me.

I would. But, my parents did not setup the parental account. I did. And I put in random bs for the whole information for it.. So I'm screwed..

That's unfortunate. Well, the only other option is to contact Xbox Live customer support. That can either be done by logging in to your account on Xbox.com and contacting them through there, or by calling them.
Calling would be more appropriate in this scenario. Try talking to an Xbox agent and getting your account reset. If that doesn't work, ask the agent if there's any other way that you can retrieve access to your Xbox Live account. Good luck.
