if you put a passcode on your xbox with you xbox profile auto sign in off you get a error mesg so if you put the passcode in then type your password to your profile a mesg saying cant do this action. my friend did this on the regular dashboard. any help ms does not know

Try reaching a different support agent. They can't turn down an issue.
