Out of interest can ISO modding, for WaW Nazi Zombies maps get you banned? If done in XBL Private matches or XBL Open Matches?

I don't think so man. I have been in a bunch of Modded ISO Games and heard nothing of it...

i host zombies you can not get banned unless microsoft catches you (almost impossible) because no one reallly "monitors" the zombies servers anymore but it is possible just very slim.

Depends on what you are using them for...
what are jtags used for (jk) obviusly hosting some sorta lobby witch always means you have a illigal copy of a game (a copy of mw2 on your hard drive for eg.) and you can run it without even having the game in >.<
