Ok so my account was banned last week because I made the stupid mystake of being tricked into giving someone my password. I managed to recover it and change the password before he did anything with it, but a week later I found myself banned for modding or cheats.

I chatted with a two different reps (xbox.com) in hope to explain my situation. They told me to post in the forums. I posted, waited a weeks for a reply, got nothing. Emailed microsoft, they told me to ring a number. Rang the number, waited 50 minutes to talk. Then was told to post on the forum, did thatagin, but no reply.

What can I do, im out of options. 5euro via paypal or a gold gifting. < If its against the rules I will remove this.

Was it banned till 9999? if so you wont get it back.. this happened to me and i tried for weeks to get mine back but it never worked

Either keep calling them and post on the forums or just make a new account when black ops 2 or halo 4 comes out and start the account from the games. That's what I had to do and I have had my new account for about a year and got over that I got banned.

If its banned till 9999 than your better off just making a new account no chance of getting it back.

If you try and explain to them what happened. It may work depending on who you are talking to, Make another account thats basically your only option

Since you were Banned Till 9999 The chance of Xbox unbanning you Is like 1/999999
They Honestly could care less (No matter what the Reps Tell you) If it was you or Someone Stole your account and got you banned. They eventually just tell you Make a new account and prob try to get you to buy like 3x Months of live for like $5 or something like that, To compensate for your "loss"

Yeah no it can't all of the ways are patched there is no way to unban your account.

Make a new account, Your pretty much banned forever. It completely sucks but just buy a 3 month card for about $25.00 and play on that.
