Ok chances are you are not getting thr account back but you can call microsoft and get the gold off of your account all you have to do is say that i recently bought a new xbox and i forgot my password tell them you tried everything to reset it you filled out forum and tried secret questions and still nothing so you ask if they can take the gold off your account and email it to you and there you go

Note not all reps will do this

also do not mention your account is banned
