I scammed some kid over eBay.com i was a buyer and i didnt pay but he shipped the item.
The item is a laptop price 800$ i didnt pay. He lives by Washington D.C. and i live in florida. Can he call the police and arrest me or press charges or something like that im only 14 and i'm freaking out if something is going to go bad i didnt even know what im getting myself into. I am a **** moron i get that just please help or any suggestions of what i should do or know?

Well you could return the item. As this is a very serious issue. And why would you even think of doing something that stupid anyway?

I didn't want to wait like 3-4 years to get a good laptop.

OK but it would advise you to say sorry to the person. And send back the laptop or pay him the money for it. And if he wanted to he could easily call the police or contact ebay who will contact the police and get you into even more trouble. But next time, think before you do!

well anyone with common sense would know that this is the dumbest thing you could do... what did you expect to happen when you bid for something or click buy then you bought it. you can return it other than that your screwed.

buy a lawyer cause if you would scam me i would sue you and you could possible get sued because you scammed someone or pay the price i hope you have enough time or contact the person and talk with him
