Why don't you just look up on YT what you want and do it yourself, you will not have to worry about Griefers and all that.

Good secret room build & Tutorial

Okay, basically you will have a library, lots of bookshelf's and the good stuff will be on floor 2 so people won't care about floor 1, this room is so good yet so basic.

What will happen is:
You will have bookshelf's and then try to blend in a lever under a bookshelf, It seems hard to do but it's not, it is easy in so many ways and varieties. The lever will trigger the redstone links that will go to 4 sticky pistons that will pull back a piece of the floor that will then lead you into a room with another bookshelf zone and there wont be a secret level. you will just dig down 1 block and be thrown into a new room with your chests, No one will suspect digging down 1 block if there is bookshelfs everywhere.

Complicating Part;

You will have red stone that controls yet another sticky piston that when a button is pushed, Water is spilled into the room. You will go up the waterfall and be out into your town again. You then go to your secret destination and red stone will link the piston that Let the water in to a lever, once you pull the level the water will go.

Build Difficulity: Medium.

Yes It sounds complex but the build is actually quite simple. I have done this on my world several times and Only 1 person managed to get into the room, me.
