It was most likely a human error (the person who modded messed up somehow)
It may have been a technical error but i don't think so..

Yeah, I was afraid of that. You have to choose a character profile and become "unbound" for most modded game saves to work. Here is your save and I checked it.

I did decrease some of the values you had as they were too high and would cause Skyrim to lock up, but I did give you more than enough items, I just adjusted them down a bit.
