Step 9.) Go back into Horizon and then right click on SaveGame.sav, then click 'Replace' and replace it with the new file that has been extracted named: ModdedSaveGame.sav

yeah I did all that, but i dont have a folder looking like that, I dragged the folder: Borderlands 2: onto my desktop and downloaded python

You're not suppose to drag the 'borderlands2' file to your desktop.

Go to Start > Computer > C: drive > and drag the file into there.

I'll make a video on how to do it.

No, when you clicked on the Python Installer and installed it, there should automatically be a folder named Python27 inside of your C: drive.

If that happened, then just click the separate option to give 99 eridium.
