Can any one help me on how to do coloured text on here?

Type your reply, highlight it, then click 'Font Colour' drop down and select the color, like so.

A video tut would be too long of a process to perform a simple task.
Just do screenshots or text tuts.
Highlight your text and click on 'Font Color' and then simply pick the desired color.
