Well I did a vid this time coz you all cried when I last did a text tut.

There is a limit to take online, and there is a higher limit for first time online(rank 30 ish).
--I've not go online and I don't plan to so do what ever.--

Tough shit

Extract your profile
Open it in exPE
Go to halo 4 and extract all the settings
Open them in hex workshop
Mod your settings (Spartan-IV XP is at 384 in 1676165119 AND 784 in 1676165118)
Make a new file with the 3 settings in order
Replace the hash (20 bytes @ 2600) with 0x99
SHA1 the entire file
Paste the hash to 600 in 1676165117
Save the 3 settings(not the full file)
Replcae the settings and save in exPE
Put back on your HDD

May (May not) add images soon, cba right now.
