I do every step correctly and it works. But sometimes it doesn't work at all. It will still be the same save that i used to mod. Its like nothing happened. I don't know why it does this. Someone please help?

Every time i try to open my save, it says can not load xbox 360 con file try using modio or equivalent. i have tried both modio and horizon and i still keep getting the same message. please help

You will need to replace your SaveGame.sav and your Save0001.sav(make sure you have a backup for both).
