And going offline on the Black Ops 2 disc still has a high chance of getting you banned.
Same with halo, stay offline on Halo 4 on player1 account, you still will get banned.

Fifa will not get you banned, microsoft added this to halo and will probably add to black ops 2.

Well, if I'm not mistaken it will probably get leaked once someone gets a copy of the game, thinks "I'm gonna leak this bitch", and uploads it online.

Black Ops 2 will probably be leaked any time soon . Normaly 3 weeks before official release . Just depends when they start printing the completed game .
Then "copies" will be available to download on to disk (flashed Xbox) or Jtag .
I get copies of games all the time from a m8 and have had Call of Duty games early every year but I wouldn't try to play them online ! Just play the campaign ! Or play on a LAN system with other flashed Xboxs . Because believe it or not they DO follow up on people playing the game illegally before release date !

Cod always gets leaked between the 28th and 31st of October. Its been like that since Mw2..cant speak for the previous ones before that. so i would look for it around that time frame. hopefully we can possibly get it earlier this year...because halo did leak super early so hopefully that same guy gets Black ops 2 and does the same thing lol
