how can i tell if i bruised or cracked my ribs ? i was playin football yesterday nd someone tackled me nd idk if there brusied or cracked

Is it hard to breathe? Does it hurt when you push on it? Do you see marks or have Black And Blue spots? I would recommend you seeing a Doctor, just incase.

I'm not sure if there is a 100% sure way to check without an x-ray but if it hurts when you breath then I would think they're broken

its not too bad it hurts really bad when i cough though and yeah it hurts a little when i breathe not much

If you have an athletic trainer I would go see him.

If not just go to a doctor or something.

Do you have a Med Express by you? I would recommend you get it checked.

Yeah i would go see a doctor if i was in the same situation.
It sounds like your either sore or bruised.
