No, thats a conversion connector.

You need power/sata to be simple about it... you will find hundreds of tutorials for your specific drive and there all similiar witht eh exception of liteons that need a probe to unlock.

but can't i just plug the white wire into the xbox 360 for the dvd drive power??? i mean the white wire is only for power, and the black one is for data. so why not?
