inuyasha is correct. Which is why you should only do it on a JTAG/RGH, like me

If your ISP finds out you downloaded it you get a hefty fine and jail time.

If you play online you will get banned and even maybe a account banned. But if you play offline or on a jtag xbox you will be fine. They only banned people's xboxes that went online. And plus there not going to find every person that downloaded the game online and sue them.

Well to not get in any trouble make a fake account on a usb and play the game on it, Dont connect to xbox or they will perma ban you

When people say offline, they mean don't be connected to live when you play it. Heck i wouldn't even play it on my main account offline. I would make a offline account with no live on it and i would just play the campaign.
