It may have been the save itself that did not work. This happened to me before. If you would re upload the save, or repost it. I will work on it and try to fix this.

I believe there is a flaw with your batch file of stuff you want done. I changed your player.modav skills to AdvSkill (skill) 1000000. This advances yours skills to 100 which is the max. Your save loads up fine, but when I mod it and try to reload it, Skyrim crashes...

Guys help!

I've tried the saves, they work fine. One problem, i'm stuck at level 1. My mana and stamina are at 100000, and all my skills are at 1000. I don't level up. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks guys.

I'd try lowering your skills. Once they hit 100 they won't level anymore, so if your at level 1 and your skills are above 100 they won't increase meaning no leveling. Simple as that.

Those saves don't have the skills set as 10000, they have the extra added on but base skill is still normal. So the skills should be written in green, not white. If they are white your not getting the level up, if they are green then its something else wrong with your save. But honestly, having skills that high seems way too over powered and would make things boring. I personally just get some items added, skills mixed around but no higher then 25 and go from there.

I think I may know the problem, you should put the command modav instead of setav. I think that would alow me to level up. Don't you think?
