When it come's to xbox live now a days i see mostly silver account's so that gave me idea.I think any one should be able to play any game online like Halo,Cod.BF etc.I know some game's like halo 3 anybody that had sliver account could play social matches *non ranked*In this case people that have sliver can only play games online and can use in game chat.People with gold gets everything else like party chat all that for say.
