To update you can try clearing your system cache but i dont think that works.
To Sprint push down LS ANALOG Stick twice.
To Fly in creative mode press A twice.
To Find a village make sure you have structures generated on creative and fly around and youll find one.

You Can Only Find Villages On New Maps. Not The Older maps.
