Do you have to pay when you preorder online on that day or do you pay when it's dispatched

You can pre-order a game on a website or in the store. You'll probably be able to choose whether you want them to deliver it to you or whether you want to go and pick it up (depending on where you pre-order it from).
Sometimes you will pay right away and sometimes you won't pay until the release day/ when they dispatch it to you. It all depends on the place you're getting it from. Just go and ask in the shop!
