dmcrew wrote idk i just am tired so i probably just skipped over it but it is called The Red Menace Theory the people u r playing as are part of squadron 115 thats y u see 115 everywhere and the hanging guy got hung by his parachute squadron 115 was like a bomber crew and those numbers at the beginning of the radio transmission r coordinates to a airbase near area 51 where they sent the meteorite im guessing this is wut we found out from the game and anyways the numbers at the end are coordinates to the Tunguska experiment or something where this part of the background story explains where the wunderwaffe comes from and the numbers on the wall on verruckt have to do with shi no numa also they are connected cause in the radio transmission they said they couldnt contain the experiment "zombies" in the asylum "Zombie Verruckt" so it was moved here which is pretty much exact words from the thing and the numbers on the wall in verruckt are 19382406 9:21 19382406 backwards is actually a date the date is june 24th 1938 and 9:21 refers to a verse in the bible we came up with Jeremiah which i dont remember exactly wut it wus but it refered to zombies and so did revelations
