i reset my security question as someone was accessing it but every time i boot up my console and load ultimate team it says i need to rest my security question but i have done this and i cant use the web app it says my account is locked does anyone know how to fix this i have tried to speak to a game advisor but when i try to register a origin account every email i try says that its is unavailable so does any one know how to fix this?

i have the same problem and i talked to them on live chat and they said some people have been getting it and its a bug theyre trying to fix, i think theyre full of crap and just dont feel like helping me
