I'm just wondering if he has a 100% chance to drop a Seraph gun. Killed him for the first time right now, and he dropped a Seraph sniper, and I wasn't sure if this was a 100% chance because he is a pain in the ass to kill.

The stats on mine are similar to the White Death sniper;

Damage: 20103
Accuracy: 84.4
Fire Rate: 4.0
Reload Speed: 6.0
Magazine Size: 11
Corrosive Dmg: 3605.9 and chance 30%
The red text says "Our voice will not be silenced!", no idea what it means but it has to be something good, right?
