I recently pre-ordered BOII Hardened Edition from Grainger Games and I was given a receipt of this too. However I can see no code that I might enter to get the Nuketown 2025 and Double XP. When I get the game, how will it know it was pre-ordered?

When you receive the game, as you have pre-ordered the Hardened edition, you will get the Nuketown 2025 code in the box. As for the double xp code, it will come with the game, it might be an envelope when you get the game through the mail, or if you are going in-store to collect it, they will give it all to you at that point.
