well i've just seen a picture of hour map and it doesn't look like much at all from what i saw nothing was detailed itd maybe take an hour to rebuild in creative.

but you cant change biomes in creative, half of the biomes in my world are snow biomes, when originally there was only 1,

Same with me, all mine are black, moved around, and any double chest i had next to a crafting table or furnace is only one chest there now

Happened to me many a times before, just make a new one. The same world gets boring after a while anyways.

I honestly like the update as a whole but the only thing i dont like is that all the water in my maps has turned into ice
