My jtag is offline and i am playing on a banned profile and banned console, anyone else have this and got there retail banned?

well it happened to him so why not? Probably through the ip or if you put the HDD into your regular xbox

This is like asking the question: If my neighbour plays halo 4 on his JTAG will I get banned?

It just doesn't make sense.

Well put it like this, my jtag is connected to my internet, but i am console banned ON MY JTAG NOT RETAIL, can i still get banned if i play disc 1 and 2.

if he had an connection to the internet on his jtag in anway than then they can track you playing pirated games
