Definately the samsung, the processor is much better than the HP, i would highly recommend it although you should maybe higher your budget a little

Neither, you should be able to play and low with frequent lag spikes... Integrated graphics is not the way to go, especially for gaming and recording @ decent settings.

I really dislike both of these Laptops,But if i HAD to chose one the 2nd one would be better. I hope you dont plan on playing games with these...

I would say the hp probook for the fact that it is not just using intergraded graphics but there both not very good.You may want to look into a desktop, you could get double the proformance for the same price.

the hp has the better intergrated gpu but the samsung has the best processor. if u want mid to light gaming go the hp. but if u want the better performer go with samsung.
