There isn't really such a thing as a gaming laptop. It's just a laptop, that can play a game, if you're lucky. Before we go any further, we need to know what graphics card you have.

A potato could run battlefield 3 better. As I said, you can-t get "gaming" laptops. I don't know any laptop that can run BF3 on ultra. Of course, correct me if I am wrong.
-Just found a website that does "gaming" laptops. Have a look at sager. They look half decent.

Laptops are horrible for gaming. I would suggest a cooling pad though!

Laptops are not that bad for gaming, but suggest using it only if you want to use a computer on-the-go. I would recommend a tower because you can add or upgrade parts in it. same with a laptop but not as much.

I wouldnt really recommend any Laptop for gaming, There big, bulky, Tend to get REALLY HOT, and have significantly less battery life. Doing some research is the first thing to do when your building a new PC. If your ignorant and want to waste money on a laptop that is overpriced and Under performs go right ahead.
EDIT: Dont listen to anyone up there, for the best advice contact me, r00t, itsMichael or Generation. Especially dont listen to the idiot that says Laptops arent that bad for gaming.
