there will never be a modding tool for NBA 2k13 as offline uses Sp and online use vc, but you can buy vc with Microsoft points,let say you have 200 vc but you wanna max Ur 3 pt and it cost 4000 vc click purchase it will say you don't have enough but after a few seconds it will pop up say x to buy vc. its only 240 Microsoft points for 10k vc or 80 for 5k

God you just dont get it do you? They dont have to mod the vc points they can just manually mod each and every skill to 99.

No you can not you will need VC to do anything and it is saved to the sever so it will not work................................................

There's something out but you can't play online with it u get band so it's kinda pointless

I actually have a 99 overall uncapped PG, and I can use it on My Player Blacktop games online. All you have to do is do the hack while your disconnected from Xbox live and it gives you roughly 1,500,000 sp, it doesn't convert to VC obviously, however you can play online with the 99 overall.

I say why hack? Why not just play the game the way it was made to be played. People like this ruin this generation of gamers. it makes it pointless because people who dont want to mod dont and when they play against these super people they lose even though they had no chance, So DON'T MOD IT!! and if you still do mod i hope and pray you get BANNED! have a nice day:)
