use register easy (few sireal codes going around still)

an clean everything then run it again an start removing the ones that are 0

(around 10 may not be removed its okay tho)

i use it about every week while doing a complete history removal as history builds up an slows down everything..

should fix alot of problems

(an MAY speed up you pc)

This might be hard-drive related. Open up your computer folder from the desktop. How long did it take to open?

Could be many problems that could be causing this.

I am going to try to keep this post short and just keep it basic.

It could be a registry issue. It could be too many programs enabled on the startup. It could be that some files are fragmented on your computer, causing some slow downs at times. Could be that you do not have enough RAM to run your programs.

I would suggest downloading and running CCleaner.

CCleaner deletes unnecessary files on your computer and fixes registry problems.

If CCleaner doesn't work or does nothing at all, I recommend downloading TuneUP Utilities 2013.

Good program, I even tried it myself, and it is a miracle-worker.

It does pretty much the same thing as CCleaner, but does way more. It searches and finds more unnecessary files and more registry issues.

Only downside is that it is a 15 day trial, but you probably won't need it after that. (CCleaner is free)

Also you should as well defrag your hard drive. You can use the Windows Disk Defragmenter or a program called Defraggler. (Defraggler is also made by the makers of CCleaner)

Also you should disable some programs from the startup. Things like Skype for example don't have to be in the Startup because you can still open and access it fine manually.

If none of the suggestions work, please let me know.
