does anyone know how to do this or if it even possible

There's a very simple glitch not a mod.
Dig a 2 tall and 2 deep space into a wall/cave/ mountain.
Put a TNT at the top and a minecart on tracks below it.
You may need a block in front of the TNT.
Just hop in the minecart after that.
