When it comes to call of duty all maps come in one pack IMO i think you should be able to buy the zombie map separate or they make a zombie map pack.When it comes to black ops i never play MP anyway just zombies i dont feel like paying 15$ just to play one map.The zombie maps for bo2 should be separated Or together if u chose to buy them all or the map zombie separate.

I think most of Treyarch would like to as well, but unfortunately, I believe DLC matters fall under Activision control.

If that was the case, it would probably be 600-400 MSP for either zombies or multiplayer on xbox. If a group of people only buy zombies and another group only buys multiplayer maps, they would loose a LOT of money.

That would be scamming people out of money.
$15 for 4 Zombies maps and then $15 for 4 Mulitplayer Maps.
They way they have it is fine.
