Yes. In every game there are always exploits somewhere. Even if it's offline or only single player. It might be system link infections... who knows.
All we really know is that Black Ops did a fantastic job with the security and banning and they're not going to slack off or get worse. They're going to improve and advance.
So should we? Probably not, unless you don't mind having a banned profile sitting on your HDD. By banned I don't necessarily mean profile banned, but at least banned from the servers.
We know Treyarch, and we know they can patch things... Faster than the time it took you to read this post

He didn't mod it. It was already in the game for the developers to use.

no not at first, there will glitches for it to prestige and whatever, but itll take a couple months for online or offline mods to start happening
