I was reading this guys post about a jtag and it said N.O.T.E. please do not ask to have any games/software/emulators installed on this console before shipment,It is against EBAYS policy to provide individuals with any illegal software with this console and them policies will be followed at all times,if you do ask i will simply ignore you,thank you.
So is it okay to sell jtags on eBay without emulators ect?

You can sell whatever you would like on eBay and if they dont like what they see they can take it down but if you put in the description that it come with games downloaded on the HDD then the police can get involved with it. Just watch what you do.

Im pretty sure you can but it cant have anything on like games or any other downloads.
