I have decided to put this recently built PC(June 2012) up for offers. There have been no problems at all, here are the specs. I will have picture proof soon, and if you have any questions, PM me.

This PC was custom built so I want realistic offers.

You can build a better brand new rig for $1200 and even you know that.

He'd be LUCKY to get $850 max for it. The re-sale value on computers is not very good and I've seen people get screwed over badly before.

Thats all you give it? I spent a good $2500 on it. I think it deserves a bit more...

I do believe you could of spent $2500 on it...maybe a few years ago, though. You see, now there are newer and better performing parts out. I could build a brand new rig for $1,200 that consists of a GTX 680 / i7-2700k / 128gb SSD / NH-D14 which are better performing brand new parts. The value of your machine is just not there. I've seen people on OCN and HardwareCanucks B/S/T section get burned on prices. My recommendation would price it at $1,000 and see if there are any offers - if not, drop it $25 - $50 per week.

I would really like to see you build something with that hardware and still maintain the same quality throughout the entire PC and still only have to drop $1,200. But anyways, this isn't really up for sale I just wanted to see how much it would be worth. I love this PC very much.

$1,248.90

Could drop it to a 660 ti GPU and still have better performance than a GTX 580 and pick up a 3770k but games don't use hyper-threading.

Having 16GB's of RAM and a 850w PSU does not increase the value since you won't see a performance increase. It's dead weight and money down the toilet.

Overkill =/= better. Anyways, you're not selling so it does not really matter in the end.
