You can recover banned GT on your console and probably the reason he wants a GT that is banned so he can do a transfer license to his console if anyone has something on the account.

You can't recover a banned account i tried 2 days ago and it never let me.

If you are trying to do what it says on YouTube it doesn't work I have tried every way but it doesn't work so u are wasting your time

You can't recover a banned account i tried 2 days ago and it never let me.
Then it must be your internet connection because I've got one banned account which is my mates and I've recovered it without any problems.
